Refund Policy
Payments for BingeUs shows are final once paid. That’s why you can build and preview your show free first, and pay only when you’re happy with how it looks.

No refunds once paid
- A plan unlocks your show the moment your payment goes through: the private link goes live and your family can start watching. Because the service is delivered straight away, we don’t refund payments, in full or in part.
- This covers every plan, upgrades and renewals, including a show you delete early or one that ends after its 3 months.
- There’s no subscription, so there’s nothing to cancel and nothing renews by itself.
Check everything before you pay
- Building and previewing is free for your first episode, with up to 10 photos or videos. You see the poster, the intro and the episode exactly as your family will before you pay.
- Pick the plan that fits. If you need more episodes later, moving to a bigger plan costs only the difference. Compare plans on our Pricing page.
- A show stays online for 3 months from the day you first publish it. Renewing before it ends adds another 3 months at the current price.
If something goes wrong
If your show doesn’t work as it should after you’ve paid, or a payment went through but your show didn’t go live, email support@bingeus.com or send us a message with your show’s name and the payment details. We’ll put it right.
